Terms of Service
Effective date: 25 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Photostream at photostream.uz (the "Service"), provided by photostream ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Photostream is a software-as-a-service platform for delivering event photos. Photographers upload photos from their cameras (FTP) or the web; the Service processes them and publishes them to online galleries that organizers and guests open by link or QR code. Paid plans add more events, photos, storage, longer retention and branding, as listed on the Pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite to it. Guests viewing a gallery do not need an account.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in US dollars in advance for each monthly period and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Card payments are therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Where we offer it, you may instead pay directly in USDT; such payments are made to us and are not processed by Paddle.
You can cancel at any time in your account (Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
4. Plan limits and data retention
Each plan has limits on events, photos per event, storage and how long galleries are kept (retention). When a paid plan ends and is not renewed, the account moves to the Free plan: existing photos are kept, but uploads beyond Free limits are blocked. When a gallery's retention period ends, the gallery is closed and its files are permanently deleted after a further 7-day grace period. You are responsible for downloading or backing up photos you want to keep.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process (for example, resize, watermark or apply presets you choose) and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and to the people you share galleries with. You confirm you have the rights and any consents needed from people shown in the photos.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- upload illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or sexual content involving minors;
- harass people, or publish photos of people against applicable privacy law;
- distribute malware, attempt to break or overload the Service, or access other customers' data;
- resell the Service without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and fast, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control, including mobile network conditions at venues.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections 5 and 8 survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by message before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
